Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you consider sending the item using a shipping service with tracking or taking out shipping insurance, as the shipping risk is yours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The item must also be in its original packaging.
IMPORTANT!!!
The invoice or delivery note must be enclosed with the return shipment.
Otherwise no refund can be made as we cannot assign the return!
Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products for download
* Some health and personal care products
* Custom-made products according to customer requirements
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have processed the
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment.
If you have not received a refund after a reasonable processing time, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to post to your account.
